Floyd Mayweather walks through mall with a dozen security guards

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. apparently couldn’t be touched in the ring or the mall.

The 15-time world champion, who turns 46 on Feb. 25, was seen walking through a Scottsdale Mall during Super Bowl 2023 week accompanied by around a dozen security guards.

Onlookers were trying to approach the all-time great, who retired from professional competition in 2017 after beating Conor McGregor.

Mayweather, who has a net worth of $285 million per Forbes, was also recorded coming out of a store where he greeted swarming fans attempting to get his attention.

Since retiring for the final time in 2017, Mayweather has embarked on an exhibition boxing career, in which he’s competed five times since 2018, including a bout with Logan Paul in 2021, which garnered much attention. Mayweather is set to compete in another exhibition on Feb. 25 at the O2 Arena in London against former MMA fighter Aaron Chalmers.

Mayweather was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2021.
