TEAM AWARDS: Mika Zibanejdad was the team MVP. He was consistently great all year. Mika was the backbone of this Rangers team. Kaapo Kakko was the most improved Ranger this season.
RANGER-DEVILS PREVIEW/PREDICTION: Igor Shesterkin will need to be the Igor we saw in last year’s playoffs. Who wins the Rangers-Devils series? We both think it will go six or seven games and the Rangers prevail. We could have a month of local matchups as Mollie thinks the Islanders will take down the Hurricanes.

RANGERS-DEVILS MOMENTS: Larry does a tremendous look back to every single Rangers-Devils playoff series over the years and which ones stand out the most. “The 1994 Conference Finals may have been the best playoff series of all time.” Larry’s memory of all these series and games is truly incredible.
PLAYERS TO WATCH: Jack Hughes in his first playoff series will be a key player to watch in this series. Mollie says Patrick Kane will be a key player to watch for the Rangers. Larry says Filip Chytil will be important in this series.
RANGERS-DEVILS PREVIEW: Will be interesting to see what the fan breakdown will be this series. In the past it was more Rangers than Devils fans in NJ. These could be high-scoring games and should be a long series.
