Jonathan Majors’alleged domestic violence victim was granted a full temporary order of protection by a Manhattan judge on Thursday.
The “Creed III” star was arrested March 25 in Chelsea and charged with strangulation, assault and harassment after his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, 30, told police he hit and choked her.
A limited temporary order of protection was granted at Majors’ arraignment, per the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
“This is standard in cases such as this, and we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him,” Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, said in a Thursday statement to The Post.
“We have been transparent and cooperative with the District Attorney, including giving the District Attorney ample evidence, including witness statements, of Mr. Majors’ innocence,” she added.
The Post reached out to Jabbari’s agent for comment.
The next court date is set for May 9.
The dispute allegedly arose while Majors and Jabbari were taking a taxi home from a Brooklyn bar.
Jabbari previously told police she sustained a broken finger and ear laceration during the alleged fight.
But Chaudhry claims Jabbari was “hitting, scratching and attacking” Majors over infidelity claims as he “begged the [taxi] driver to open the door so that he could jump out of the car and escape her.”
Chaudhry also alleges in documents obtained by The Post that Jabbari was partying without Majors at Loosie’s Nightclub at the Moxy hotel in Manhattan 30 minutes after the reported dispute.
Chaudhry says elevator footage shows Jabbari arriving later that morning at Majors’ apartment “uninjured.”
Majors allegedly found his ex “unconscious on the floor of a closet” hours later, with the injuries she claimed Majors gave her, Chaudhry said.
Chaudhry shared with The Post on Thursday an opinion from a board-certified emergency medicine doctor and trauma specialist who allegedly examined the photos and videos of Jabbari.
The doctor “concludes, without hesitation, that the woman did not have any injuries at the nightclub and the injuries she later sustained did not come from Mr. Majors (and could not have come from the way the woman described). In fact, the forensic medical expert’s opinion show that the woman is lying,” Chaudhry told The Post.
She continued: “It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case.”
Last month, the attorney also shared text messages allegedly between Majors and his ex in which the woman appeared to admit she’s to blame and didn’t want to press charges against the Marvel star.
Earlier this month, Variety reported that sources familiar with the situation claim that more women have come forward to accuse Majors of abuse, and they are said to be cooperating with the Manhattan DA.
Insiders told The Post last week that Disney is facing a looming crisis over Majors, one of the stars of the studio’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” which hits theaters May 5.
