The breakup rumors surrounding Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his longtime girlfriend, Brittany Williams, aren’t dying down.
Days after speculation first arose that there could be trouble in Buffalo, eagle-eyed fans noticed Williams celebrated her birthday with gal pals and not Allen, Outkick reported.
Further, the cake Williams received for the festivities featured the curious hashtag, “#MHWN,” which apparently means, “My husband would never.”
Williams, who has known Allen since childhood, remarked in an Instagram Story, “My girls spoil me #mhwn.”
Rumblings of a rift first circulated earlier this month, when internet sleuths pointed out that Williams stopped following Allen on Instagram.
Photos of the couple also appeared to be scrubbed from her page.
Though Allen, 26, still follows Williams on Instagram, he didn’t post a birthday tribute to the Pilates instructor as he did in years past.
Allen and Williams began dating in 2017.
Williams has long been part of Allen’s football journey, including the moment he was selected seventh overall by the Bills in the 2018 NFL Draft.
Williams has cheered on Allen and the Bills over the years, attending games in Buffalo and on the road.
When the Bills’ season ended in heartbreaking fashion in January, Williams posted a touching tribute to Allen following Buffalo’s Divisional Round playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
“So proud of this man. You are the most amazing & selfless person I know. Through all the highs of this season and the many many trials of adversity your team faced, you remained the same & never wavered. A true leader,” she wrote.
“The story is already written. So much to be proud of. So much to be thankful for. Riding with you till the end 17!”
Allen signed a six-year contract extension with the Bills in 2021 worth up to $258 million.
Neither has appeared to address the split speculation.
