After a woman accused UFC superstar Conor McGregor of “violently” sexually assaulting her in a bathroom at the NBA Finals, her lawyer detailed the lurid accusations.
Beyond McGregor, the woman accuses others of helping in the act in which she alleges she was “held hostage.”
The incident allegedly occurred during the Heat’s Game 4 loss to the Nuggets at Kaseya Center (Miami’s home arena), where McGregor, 34, also drew attention for punching the Heat’s mascot and sending him to the emergency room in a skit gone wrong.
McGregor, who denied the accusations to TMZ, was part of the in-arena entertainment for the game.
In the demand letters sent to the NBA, the Heat and McGregor from the alleged victim’s attorney Ariel Mitchell and obtained by The Post, the woman claims that she was forced into a bathroom in the arena by both Heat and NBA security after being separated from her friend.
McGregor, who was the only person in the bathroom, allegedly emerged from a stall and forcibly kissed the woman as security blocked anyone else from entering the bathroom.
The woman claims that McGregor then attempted to rape her, but was unable to maintain an erection.
“The victim was able to get Mr. McGregor to cease his assault by demanding he stop because she had to urinate,” one demand letter read. “When the victim attempted to urinate, Mr. McGregor, instead of giving her privacy to do so, pulled out his penis and shoved it down the throat of the victim. The victim pushed Mr. McGregor off of her, and Mr. McGregor then spat on the victim and on his penis in a desperate attempt to get his flaccid penis hard.”
After allegedly pinning the woman against the wall, the letter claims McGregor “then ripped the elastic waist band of her pants while pulling them down. Mr. McGregor then attempted to insert his penis into the victim’s rectum. Fortunately, Mr. McGregor’s penis was too limp for complete penetration.”
The woman claims she was able to escape after elbowing McGregor multiple times — though she allegedly left her purse behind, saying it was later “held hostage” by McGregor’s security guards.
Both the NBA and the Heat issued statements saying they were aware of the allegations and conducting investigations.
The Irish McGregor, who has come out of retirement three times, has not fought in UFC since 2021 and has lost four of his last seven fights.
Just one day prior, McGregor announced that he and his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, were expecting their fourth child together.
