I was laid off and got revenge on my boss — people call my sneaky plan ‘cruel’

She may be gone, but she will never be forgotten.

A woman went viral last month after posting a TikTok video revealing how she got revenge on her former employer after being laid off due to her company downsizing.

In the video, which has been seen 5 million times, the unnamed company’s former employee Madison can be seen laughing maniacally about her plan.

“So I was laid off and Friday was my last day and I was the only member of my team to get laid off,” explained the TikToker adding that it “really super sucked.”

Taking matters into her own hands, she hid numerous photos of herself around her former office so they’d never forget her.

“To prove that I will never actually leave,” continued Madison. “I hid these tiny pictures of myself all over the office with different things in the speech bubble.”

A cackling Madison then zooms in on a screenshot that shows a photo of herself printed out alongside a speech bubble, which read “Bazinga.”

The evil prank didn’t end there.

According to Madison, her former employer spent the entire day combing the office for the photos since she numbered every single one.

“And at 3:30 today on Monday, I’ve been informed that this is what they’ve been doing all day,” giggled the enthused social media guru revealing a whiteboard that had several of her photos on it under the heading “How many pictures of Madison are hidden around the office?”

“The best part about it is I numbered all of these photos but I skipped numbers, so they’ll never think they found all of them,” continued the prankster.

The Post reached out to Madison for comment.

Several TikTok users also went wild for the hilarious prank.

“The skipping number is absolutely cruel, I approve,” giggled one person.

“This is the most amazingly chaotic thing I’ve ever seen. It’s like you’re chaotic good personified,” said a second fan.

“The skipping numbers is diabolical,” chortled a third person.

Other people said that they loved the woman’s energy more than the prank.

“You’re last laugh has left me deceased,” stated one fan.

“I just know they regret laying you off. This is hysterical. They are gonna miss this kinda energy,” said a second.

“Your laugh just gives me so much serotonin,” complimented a third.

Some pranksters even revealed how they also got back at their former employer.

“When I left my old job, I left loads of tiny ducks around the office. I told them I placed 200 when I only placed 34, they’re still hunting them down,” said one jokester.

“Once left a toxic workplace and placed a single rose with the note: ‘When this is dead I will have forgotten you all,'” stated a second person.
