Orioles manager
- ORIOLES SUCCESS: Turning it around from a 100-loss team two years ago to now potentially a 100-win team. Going from 83 wins last year to this. “All the analytical people thought we would get worse.” Took all the projections to heart. It’s a really good club.
- FELIX BAUTISTA: Threw off a mound two days ago and tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed he comes back for playoffs, but not sure if it will happen or not.
- JACKSON HOLLIDAY: Excited about him moving forward. They like the guys they have right now.
- AARON HICKS: The night Cedric Mullins got hurt, the Yankees DFA’ed Hicks. The timing worked out for them. They thought they needed to take a chance.
- PLAYOFFS: Don’t see why they can’t go on a run. Have to catch some breaks in the postseason. Anything can happen.
