I’m a trophy wife who is always glam — I did my nails before giving birth

This self-proclaimed “trophy wife” struck gold.

Mrs. Hope James Fifield, 28, has revealed the secrets to her wifely wiles, claiming she’s so dedicated to her glamorous lifestyle that she booked herself a manicure before giving birth.

“I’ve always been vain and that wasn’t going to change when I became a mom,” the Kentucky resident told South West News Service. “I’ll never put myself on the back burner.”

The mother-of-one said she’s dreamt of becoming a bombshell “trophy wife” ever since she was a little kid.

Hope got her shot after marrying her husband Carter James Fifield, 27, a tech worker whom she met in school in October 2020. After trying the knot, she quit her job as a preschool teacher to become a full-time stay-at-home wife, effectively fulfilling her childhood dream.

“I love looking hot and being on Carter’s arm whilst he shows me off to his work colleagues,” Hope gushed. “I’m very traditional in that I appreciate the man being the breadwinner and that wives should look good for their husbands.”

To maintain her trophy looks, the dedicated arm candy reportedly spends around $150 per month on pilates lessons, approximately $40 on her gym membership and nearly $300 on clothes.

Hope was adamant that her glitz and glam lifestyle wouldn’t change “when we started a family.”

Just hours before delivering her bundle of joy, the devoted trophy wife applied false nails to her fingers.

“I did consider having full makeup when in labor but I didn’t like the idea of mascara running down my face, so I settled on false nails that I applied whilst in hospital,” Hope reasoned.

The new mom’s dazzling debut wouldn’t be complete without Carter’s lavish push present — a nearly $2,500 Chanel diaper bag and a $51 bottle of 818 Tequila.

“I told Carter exactly what I wanted as a push present and of course, he delivered,” the Kentuckian boasted.

“Even now, I always have my nails and fake tan done because I always like to feel put together,” Hope declared. Hope James Fifield / SWNS

Despite being nine months into motherhood, Hope has remained steadfast about maintaining her trophy wife-style.

“I’m still able to do my weekly fake tan, get my nails done and I always have great hair,” declared Hope, who works out while her baby’s down for her nap.

Ultimately, the guardian said she wasn’t ready to give up her life for child, describing: “I hoped and dreamed for a daughter but she is an addition to my life, not my whole life.”

The Southerner, who doesn’t plan on having more children, declares that looking good “sets a good example” to her daughter.

Hope even hopes to bestow Mariposa with some of the wisdom she learned as a trophy wife — even though she doesn’t necessarily want her to follow the same path.

“I’m looking forward to when she’s older and I’ll be able to teach her about clothes and makeup,” the parent declared. “I’d never push her to be a trophy wife too when she’s older, I want her to be whatever she wants to be.”
