News anchor Don Lemon will continue living his life of luxury.
On Wednesday at the Time 100 Gala, Lemon, 57, told Page Six he was not angry after being ousted from CNN on Monday.
“It’s not in my nature,” the journalist said. “I’m not an angry person, I’m not mad.”
Despite tweeting that he was “stunned” by his abrupt dismissal, Lemon claimed that he’s no longer in shock — adding that he still has his luxe pads to return to.
“I’m a very resilient person,” he said.
“I’ve had a very full life with lots of twists and turns. I come from strong, sturdy stock in Louisiana and I am lucky enough to be in a position where I don’t have to worry about, you know, not having a place to live or a home or whatever.”
That said, for the last two years, Lemon has rented a $15,000-per-month two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit at the luxe 35 Hudson Yards — right next door to CNN’s quarters at 30 Hudson Yards.
Features of the residence include 14-foot-high loft ceilings, French oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. With open spaces, the living area boasts city views.
The eat-in kitchen comes with opal white marble counters, and a built-in coffee maker and wine fridge.
The primary bedroom features downtown views with two large walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom features two double vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower room and water closet, a previous listing notes.
Building amenities include an expansive indoor pool and outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a theater, a children’s play area, lounge areas, a spa, restaurants and a rooftop lounge.
The building is also the site of Kendall Roy’s penthouse on “Succession,” played by Jeremy Strong.
Records show that Lemon has lived in the building since June 2021.
The disgraced anchor, who had also been accused of sexism and diva behavior — he has strongly denied the accusations against him — was spotted on Monday leaving 35 Hudson Yards, the day he was fired from CNN.
And although he had been renting there after selling his Harlem pad in 2021 for $1.52 million, Lemon still owns a chic Hamptons home he purchased in 2016.
The now-former anchor shelled out $3.1 million for a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Sag Harbor.
Located on a prime street, the federal-style home comes with a pool house, an outdoor shower, a saltwater pool with an automatic cover, and an outdoor area with a pergola and a back porch.
Occupying 3,500 square feet, the recreational basement features a built-in mahogany bar with guest suite potential.
The main floor includes a sitting parlor with a gas fireplace, a library, a guest room — and a sun-filled kitchen with counters in Carrera marble, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. There’s an adjacent dining room large enough for 10-12 guests.
Lemon is still walking away from CNN with at least $25 million — but has still lawyered up for a potential legal battle, hiring LA-based entertainment litigator Bryan Freedman.
The now-former co-host of “CNN This Morning,” signed a contract with CNN that runs until 2026.
